Fall Diffuser Blends brings a small piece of the “outdoorsy” inside. Using essential oils improves indoor air quality and support both your respiratory and overall wellness in many ways. Apples,Pumpkins, spices and autumn nights, what could be better, right?

Do you crave that “Cozy” feeling, its soft, calming and soothing? I know that our family sure does! I never thought I could replace my beloved candles! (full disclosure, I worked for a large candle making company for nearly a decade). However, asthma, bronchitis and colds plagued me, my daughter and husband when my daughter was a younger, and this momma didn’t know any better. As a Mom, I had to do something different and began looking for healthier alternatives to prevent my family from getting sick soo often.
Once I went sleuthing it was amazing how important indoor air quality is to respiratory health. Further I never knew how much time we spend inside, so no wonder cleaning it up can have such a profoundly positive effect on our well being. The EPA sites that americans spend 90% of their time inside and the air quality is 2-5 times worse inside than outdoors.
Personal environment has much to do with brain chemistry, how we feel. For me it was important to preserve the good vibes, and 86 the junk in chemicals that were plugging up and wreaking havoc on our respiratory health.
I like the indoors to connect to nature, in the fall, I think in terms of how they make me feel; woodsy, warm, citrusy and spicy. When you have the categories right, it is easy to combine them for your personal desire. Below I listed some classic combination using minimal amount of oils, so you can get started today.
Woodsy
Fall Blending is about nourishing and earth energy. Nature and humans have a symbiotic relationship. Fall is a nurturing season, it is grounding. Consuming root vegetables fortifies our bodies, just as inhaling grounding essential oils. Here I reach for Woodsy and earthy essential oils.

Northern Lights Black Spruce
Trees have massive earth energy and as such is very calming to the nervous system.
Frankincense
Frankincense is also comes from a tree, Boswellia carterii. It comes from the resin of the tree. I think of it more as toning oil. It creates harmony in our body and mind.
Warm
What would fall be without cozy sweaters, warm blankets and campfires.

Stress Away
Stress Away is a blend containing vanilla and brings that deep warmth to any blending combination. It is essential for lattes and pumpkin blends.
Bright Citrus
Citrus, like the equinox, is about balance. Citrus oils are uplifting, they can be energizing but they are needed to complement the earthy fall days.

Bergamot is a fantastic scent, it is what makes “earl grey” tea smell so unique. For home diffusing it is an uplifter and makes blends intriguing.
Lemon – is known for cleansing, it is a no different energetically is clears spaces.
Orange – is known as a “happy oil”. Think about when you squeeze an orange, just try to have a sad face. It doesn’t work, it literally lights up happy receptors in your brain.
Spice is Nice
Spicy – glorious richness of warm teas, pumpkin pies and spicy apple ciders. You will need this key ingredient to bring zing to fall.

Thieves – powerful combination of Cinnamon Bark, Clove, Eucalyptus Radiata, Lemon, and Rosemary. It is known for its immune supporting qualities.
Christmas Spirit – already have thieves, add Christmas spirit! It is a blend Orange, Cinnamon Bark, and Spruce that evokes all the happy of the holidays!
Here are some of my favorite blends
Below is the shopping list for the oils used to create these blends. What I like about all of the oils chosen is there versatility, in fact 5 of them come in the premium starter bundle, you can find here, 4 of them come in the newest “welcome home” bundle you can find here. Bundles are not new, they are packaged to give maximum value with minimum investment. You can read all about that here.
Then you simply add on the three not in the bundles, Bergamot, Northern Lights Black Spruce and either orange or Thieves (depending on the bundle you grabbed).
Easy peasy, you are all ready to diffuse both season of cozy, fall and pre-set for winter.
